The Beau

Well with finals this week, I've kinda gone with the comfy look. Thus no outfit posts for a little while. I'm pretty sure you all know what a t-shirt and some jeans look like so I won't bother with photos ;)

But I did find a little time to put this post up. I just realized that you guys haven't seen my boyfriend yet.
So I thought I'd give you guys a few cute pictures of us from Christmas :)

^^ I can't tell you how lucky I am to find someone that deals with my craziness ^^

We are both in our first relationship and we've been dating for about a year and three months :)
I'm very blessed :)

The 80s Will Never Die

Whenever I'm in a style rut I always look at photos from the 80s. For some reason, I get inspired most by that decade. So today was one of those 80s inspired days :) Tell me what you think!

And yes, my vest is a little boy's Gap vest from the 80s/90s. Awesome right?

First 2011 Post!

I know I haven't posted in a while and my last post I did was crap. (Yes I'll admit it). I apologize that your pour eyes had to see those awful photos...

...Which is why I give you these beauties! (As you may have noticed, my ego today, for unknown reasons, is huge). I just hope that this year will bring a fresh start and more fresh posts to you guys more often.

Oh and here's a close up of my favorite Christmas present of all time!
(Except for the trip to Disney World I also recieved)

ITEMS:
  • Fred Meyer Wool Coat
  • Mom's Scarf
  • Pac Sun Owl Necklace
  • Walmart Ring
  • Walmart Tights
  • Forever 21 Dress
  • Nordstrom Sweater
  • Rocketdog Heels (thanks Santa!)
I also wanted to share another little thing from my work that I really love. This is an outfit I recently put together for the display:

I took this beautiful tube dress and side it down over a black tee for a skirt. Then used one of Funky Munky's handmade headbands as a choker. To literally 'tie it together,' I found a beige scarf that matched the color of the flower on the headband and tied it around the waist. I absolutley love this kinds of dresses because there is endless possibilites and I'm always a fan of clothing items that can be worn multiple ways. Really, it's like you have this large amount of outfits all from this one piece. The headband does that as well. you can double it up on your wrist or ankle as a bracelet, slide it down on your neck as a choker or wear it on you're head.

What do you think?
